In organizations that are mission-driven and not-for-profit, leaders often invest in the development of their teams and put considerable care and energy into advancing the mission, while having fewer opportunities to invest in their own growth.

I work with nonprofit and social justice organizations seeking to strengthen and support their leadership, and with individuals looking to make meaningful improvements in their professional lives.
Drawing on a range of influences within psychology and organizational development, as well as my experience in organizational leadership, I apply a deep listening and strategic coaching approach to build a trusting space for learning and experimentation. I partner with each client to uncover new perspectives on challenges as well as greater awareness of strengths and possibilities, and together map out actionable paths to overcome obstacles and accomplish goals.

Background

Eva offers coaching for organizations and individuals, drawing on training in executive coaching and emotional intelligence, and experience in organizational leadership and campaigns. Known as an empathetic listener and creative collaborator, she enjoys getting to know the unique qualities of each client and partnering to tackle a range of challenges. Her coaching certifications allow her to facilitate clients’ learning and growth through a variety of approaches, and include:
